About Katarzyna...

Hi, My name is Kate. I'm from Siemianowice Śląskie, city in the heart of Silesia, Poland. I work in the bookstore and I love books. I like to send and receive postcards and during this learn about the world.

I love traveling and visiting different interesting places, museums and participate in unusual events. . I do not have many options to explore the world would be happy to COLLECT VARIOUS INFORMATION BROCHURES, NEWSPAPER CLIPPINGS OR ADVERTISING of cool places and events (such as museums, castles, exhibitions, carnivals ...). I'll be very grateful if in addition to the postcard in an envelope I find such a gift (if possible in English or Polish, but its not necessary) ;P
In my spare time I create a book of places and things that I want to do and see and I illustrate it with such information materials and photos.

My biggest dream is to see the northern lights. I will be very grateful for a postcard with this phenomenon. I'd love to get some information folder or a brochure about "Kakslauttanen Arctic Resort" and its glass igloos http://www.kakslauttanen.fi/en/ .

I will be happy with any card, but if you want choose something special for me send a postcards:
* something from my favorites,
* architecture (castles, old buildings, interesting architectural details, also modern architecture),
* landscapes and interesting places from Your city, neighborhood and country,
* city by night,
* cards commemorating important historical and contemporary events,
* Vintage, reprinted vintage cards,
* I like very much painted landscapes but not handmade,
* characteristic art from Your city,
* stained glass windows.

Please NOT handmade or with animals, flowers, actors etc.

I also like Ancient Egypt very much. All postcards in this topic will make me happy (especially if in Your city are museums with Ancient Egypt collections).

Thank You
